This little song was inspired by Oliver Jeffers book “How to catch a star” .It is about a little boy who is desperate to catch a star. You’ll have to read the book to find out what happens! I have used these resources after reading the book "Lost and found" by Oliver Jeffers. The film is edited highlights of the way a penguin moves. I wrote the music to follow those movements. The children can add instruments to it for added effect( e.g. A guiro (scraper) I have put more resources in the premium section, (an animated song with instrumental parts for the non specialist and an art worksheet. This simple song encourages the children to put on their super hero boots, magic cloak, and glasses for x -ray vision before they curl up exhausted after a days super heroism! Use props or simply mime the actions in the short musical interluded after each verse or use simple instruments to imitate the action.E.g When the skeleton appears , add some bones (tappers/claves)
